I’ve been knapping for over 15 years and I’m self taught. I’m a member of the Utah Statewide Archaeological Society (USAS) and am a published avocational archaeologist. I have articles in the Utah Archaeological Journal, Indian Artifact Magazine, and am a contributor to several books written by Lar Hothem. I’ve demonstrated flint knapping at the Golden Spike Gem and Mineral Show, the Great Basin Anthropological Conference, the Fort Bridger Mountain Man Rendezvous, and for archaeology graduate students at Brigham Young University and Utah State University.
