I have knapped a piece of rich-green agate stone for a blade. (Note the white snowflakes throughout). I’ve hafted this to a slab of Elk stag antler, with spacers & a cap of figured Maple wood. Much time was spent fashioning the finger grooves to give it more purchase. I married the knife to a beautiful suede & tasseled belt sheath – decorated with a beadwork patch. “RUSTIC ELEGANCE” …..The knife is 10 ¼” long.
