THIS IS A FIRST IN THE WORLD OF FLINTKNAPPING!!!
I've been working a few years on perfecting the technique of making this glass, and I have finally been able to fuse glass blanks with visible..... 22 KT GOLD ..... intact within the interior. Pushing the limits of something totally new in todays modern world of flintknapping is always a challenge, and this piece is definitely that "something new"!
I created this particular arrowhead with a back of opaque cobalt blue glass and a cap of clear glass for viewing the shimmer of the gold. As with all of my flintknapped art, I have signed and dated the arrowhead with a diamond tipped scribe.
