Here is something a little different. I created this point by grinding a piece of slate with some beautiful bands. In the sunlight some of the bands have a great sheen to them that reminds me of silver sheen obsidian. The sharp edge that can be achieved with slate amazes me! I am also surprised at the wide range of slate point styles that I have seen in my research. It is signed and dated on the base.
