Here’s a one-of-a-kind handle for your knife project. I fashioned this from figured yellow poplar wood & cocobolo for the guard. (The beaded – soft leather lanyard is ready to go but not attached. You don’t want it getting in the way & getting soiled while you are drilling or slotting the piece for your blade. After your blade is mounted & your knife is done, you can dab a bit of super glue in the hole & attach the lanyard). I even installed a brass liner to the lanyard hole. Nice dark greenish streaking on the cream colored poplar handle. Yellow-green spacer matches the lanyard beads. Will make a CLASSY knife – very comfortable in the hand. Sanded, buffed, & mirror polished! ($7.00 shipping on this one). |
