Here is another knife offered with comined efforts of Dale Cannon and I. dale made the knife and I carved the Eagle on the stone handle. The handle is made from Picasso marble and the blade from piaute agate....If you do not know who Dale is ? he is a knapper / lapidary artist from
Minnesota and has been published in many books and magazines including
"lapidary journal " a bible in the lapidary world of forming and polishing
stones...Dale was published for the flake over grind technique that
revolutionizing the ancient art of flint-knapping, with exact flake scars
and uniformity , Dale was the first and the one who developed this
technique , the Smithsonian in Washington DC even called Dale for his
expertise in this area when they were constructing the newest native
American section, there are video's playing for education show Dale
demonstrating. There are also knives he made on display there.
Dale is a very good friend of mine and recently came out of retirement to
express his passion for his artwork and we are building his portfolio as
he re constructs his workshop. This knife was made and carved 7 or so
years ago and now will be offered from both Dale's and my gallery for
$1,000 . I know this is another top shelf knife and we welcome to ssplit [ayments up and ship when payments are in full...., There will some outstanding knife coming up in
a couple of months with both our efforts. All come with a certificate of
