Beautiful gem quality Flint Ridge. I recently visited a friend and we were looking at his collection and he has a number of thumb and hafted scrapers. I was drawn to a few of them one because I really like simple stone tools and two I have the materials that match some of his collection. This scraper is a replica of one he has in his collection and the material is the same as well as the base,notches and bevel. An identical replica except for the patina. Base is ground.
