Here is a nice Graham Cave Replica. The light pink and cream coloured Mozarkite that it is made from adds to the realistic look of this point. This is one of the few times that I actually get to make a point that is largely found in Missouri with a colourful piece of Missouri stone. I used the traditional collateral percussion flaking method, and then using the same flake pattern I pressure flaked the edges to add the fine detailed edge work found on the authentic Graham Cave points. |
