I made this beautifully hand-polished bone arrowhead out of a moose leg bone that I found in the northwest territories. It's either from a moose or some large bovine.
this pendant has a lovely weight to it and somehow always feels warm to the touch.
There are some beautiful patterns on this one and it looks like antique ivory.
This also happens to be my first bone arrowhead pendant.
The point is wrapped with silver plated copper wire which is soldered for security. Just a heads up, the wire looses its silver coating and reveals a warm copper color. the string it is fastened to is black cotton with a double slip not to adjust to the size of your head and neck. |
