Excellent example of a large stockton corner notch. Thinned from a spall with antler percussion and finished with pressure. Proper size, shape, and random flaking pattern for a reproduction. If this particular obsidian had come from california instead of mexico, the material would be correct as well. The edges are very sharp and it has an olive green translucence. |
