Hello!
A little about me, I started flintknaping in 2001 and have been with the hobby since. Thanks to a good friend and mentor Jim Winn.
The primary styles of points I've focused on have been points from the High Plains. Most all of my points are worked from chunks and nodules of raw un-heat treated stone, unless otherwise noted. I use direct percussion and some pressure flaking, depending on point style.
The means of production, I use antler, hammer stones, and copper tools.
Absolutely no F.O.G. flake over grinding on any of my pieces!!!
My goal is to match point styles, shape and flaking patterns, and I also try to make each piece close to an aboriginal point as possible.
I have had the pleasure of having several of my pieces in the Flintknapping Calendar for 2008, produced by Derek Mc Lean.

Thank you for looking and if you have any questions feel free to e-mail me..

Some of my customers remarks:

I have been collecting flintknapped work and stone work since the mid 70's.In that time I have been able to get examples of work from almost all the master flintknappers since the beginning of the modern movement. Long story short-your work is exceptional. The forms are dead on and the ratios are the kinds you dream about. Without your mark and with a little professional aging they would easily pass as master works by an aboriginal. I could not be more pleased.
Best Regards,
Jim
